Job Purpose:
To drive customer success by managing and maintaining strong customer
relationships through effective onboarding, regular reviews and training to maximise
customer engagement and retention.
You will be responsible for:
• Holding regular reviews by phone and email to support our existing
members to maximise customer engagement and drive success
• Carry out on-going training and follow up sessions of our dental
products from managing own client accounts
• To deal with general success calls on the helpline by providing
exceptional customer service, making sure response times to cases
are dealt with against agreed targets
• Manage priority lists by establishing customer needs
• Drive referrals to increase business growth
• Manage and deal with own cancellations, with the ability to overcome
objections and provide effective solutions
• Assist with onboarding practices, to arrange, book and carry out setups
on all cross products, making sure to maximise product adoption
• To assist and present on our lunchtime webinars on iComply
• To provide continual feedback from customers for on-going
development of the software
• Manage renewals on all cross products
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Customer Success
Account Executive are:
Essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a Customer Success role
• Experience in Customer Retention
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and overcome
objections
• Confidence and “can do” attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on various activities and seek new initiatives
• Must work well within a small team.
• Able to work on their own initiative (after training)
Desirable
• Experience within a software support environment
Additional Information
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Holsworthy, Devon or Sheffield.
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be required from time
to time.
